Ram hand to hand the worst courier i have ever seen

The worst delivery service I've ever come across. We were not notified that a package was being delivered today after the agent promised us that we will receive a SMS the day of delivery. I received a phone call when the courier was at my home address. and because i was not there they left. i phoned the customer service desk and was told that the driver cannot come back to my house to deliver the package as he is not in the area. i asked to speak to the supervisor and she was so arrogant and made it like it was my fault, she eventually put the phone down and we could not get hold of her again. I then spoke to another call agent. he told me the same story The call agent even told me that he does not understand why i get upset.

What type of company are they operating here. Is is too much to ask that they give you notice that a package will be delivered? Or even schedule a time frame for delivery so we can make sure someone is there? Why can other courier companies do this but not RAM.
