RAM hand to hand Terrifying service.
I am amazed how unreliable the courier guys are, but RAM you top the list. I raise a complain and even try to meet you half way by asking that i come collect the package at your collect centre and i am still ignored. The driver that called me even had the nerve to tell me that my address was showing incorrect when all other profile have the correct details, including your call centre confirming that the address is correct. i shall remember your name when i sign a business for courier!

Thursday and still we did not get our package.
The delivery guy tells us he could not find the address.
What kind of stupidy is that?
Is this how this company sees it clients? Stupid? idiotic?
what kind of fool that thinks that they can ly to us by telling us the address is not found?
Guys you must be WORST ever messed up, ****, lying, disgusting, low value, no standard service delivery group. For such an big name, you have no backup for it.
every day, we get the same words from the delivery guys.
"we will delivery tomorrow." From Thursday 28th April 2022.
April, we are now reaching the end of the first week of May yet the deliver is still failing.
RAM you are indepth, highly, quality, 100%, overboard, disgusting with your service.
This i shall publish very proudly is business discussions.

I still know it will not be delivered tomorrow.
Supersonic will be hearing from me very loudly and hard. They will remember me as the client that exposed the weak ethics of service delivery becuase it is their name that is being tarnished.
