RAM Hand to hand terrible service and NO delivery

I know there is a star on my rating however they dont have negative stars to choose. What horrible service ... I recently took out a contract with Vodacom, they were to send me the sim and handset via RAM Hand to hand, well that was last week Thursday 28 February 2019 ... today is 05 March 2019. I have made at least 5 calls a day to find out what is happening and the response is the same ... let me check, oh it still in our warehouse we will escalate the matter and nothing - no feedback nothing then i have to call again. So long and short - RAM your service is nothing short of pathetic, taking more than 4 working days to deliver a phone, your staff have to constantly put me on hold wasting my airtime and my time I am not used to such poor service, i think Vodacom you should re-visit your courier service company because this is just not on. No apology no plans being made ...... VERY VERY dissapointing
