Ram hand to hand, poor service delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel for a week now , on the initial delivery day they did not pitch then later got an attempt delivery failure update they even went on to lie claiming they did not find me on call and something wrong with my address, I have been trying to call them for the past days no luck wasted my airtime. The tracking number is now useless as there’s no updates on my parcel whereabouts. This is not acceptable I need my parcel delivered before the end of the day please
