Ram Hand To Hand - Pathetic service

I ordered two tablets from Vodacom and they use Ram hand to hand. This is for my twins birthday and is about the only thing we could get them during the Corona Lock-down. Vodacom uses Ram for their couriers. We life on a small holding outside of town. As soon as we received the shipment notification we tracked it. The tracking showed that its being returned to vodacom as full address not supp****. My wide called them on the Wednesday and gave them both our numbers. They said no problem and that they will call us before they go out for delivery so we can direct them to our property. They promised delivery by Thursday or Friday. Come Friday morning I tracked it again and the same thing happened. Report says an hour ago its being returned to sender as full address not supp****. I called the help center again. Takes about 10min of waiting before you get helped. The lady looked up our delivery and I explained our situation. She put me on hold so she can find out what can be done. I asked her to call me if we get cut off. We got cut off and she did not call me back. I called again an hour later. A Mary answered. I explained again and she promised to call me back if we get cut off. Same thing happened again and no call back. It is 17;00 now on Friday. Our twins birthday is Sunday and we will have nothing to give them. This is just pathetic service from Ram Hand to Hand. They just don't care. Will make sure I never use them if I can avoid it. PS. I started the call before I registered an account on Hello Peter and its still not picked up......
