ram hand to hand PATHETIC, DISGUSTING POOR "service" !!!
Giving them one star is only because one cannot go to MINUS stars!!! I have never experienced such PATHETIC DISGUSTING POOR 'service'!!! they expect to be paid for this ridiculous, uncaring messing around of clients. The parcel was supposed to be delivered at 3 pm and we are still waiting at 16:37. We tried calling in and have been on hold for close on an hour, having had to call back THREE times!!! all one hears is sorry for keeping you waiting, our ram agents will assist you shortly. DON'T EVER USE THIS PATHETIC "SERVICE" they have NO IDEA!!! and for GOD's sake don't even think about emergency parcels!!!
