Ram Hand to Hand is a nightmare

This company is the worst. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 6th December but I still haven’t received it yet. It arrived on my local hub on the 7th and from then they keep changing the date on the. From the 7th they’ve changed the arrival on hub date to 11th imagine. They’re ****s I’ve tried to contact customer service of which it’s basically useless because they don’t answer the phone and even when they do there’s no assistance. Please by all means stay away from this. I don’t know if it’s legal for them to keep changing the date’s and keeping my property in their possession but I’m doing research this company needs to be reported plus I do have screenshots of the changed dates.
