Ram 'Hand to Hand' I mean 'Warehouse to Warehouse couriers'

So, I get an sms at 06h45 this morning saying that finally my Vodacom device (Number SO181 ********** 67), which I have complained about on Hellopeter, in being delivered. So, like any good citizen I patiently wait at home in anticipation of finally getting the LTE device. So at about 14h00 I decided to follow up with RAM and call their ***customer care number and give my Waybill number A ********** after the call was cut 4 times. I am eventually told that my package has been sent back to the warehouse. Why, this is the kicker, it was on the wrong delivery vehicle. The interesting part is they don't tell what is happening with my parcel, just it has been sent back to the warehouse. After several attempts to get an answer, all with no luck to find out when exactly I can expect this parcel, I gave up. I then called Vodacom in the hope they can sort this mess out, but I shall not hold my breath as I do not look good blue.....
