RAM HAND TO HAND HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am totally disgusted with the service received from RAM. Since the 4th of June I received smses that my parcel is out for delivery, when I tracked my parcel it ended up in Bloemfontein while I am in Capetown. The parcel was returned to Capetown, and ended up in Wellington. I called, and the lady who had my parcel, she could not direct me to where my parcel is. Saterday I was again supposed to receive my parcel today is Tuesday some guy said definitely Monday. I'm tired of calling, and buying airtime. The worse kind of service ever!!!!
