Ram Hand to Hand does not care about their customer

I was expecting a parcel from the FNB group and never got it i had call multiple time and had still got no proper feedback the address and the 3rd party details for delivery was correct but neither company could help me to get the parcel to me and to date no one bother to call back or give a proper update. it is very sad that such poor service from such a big company of this nature.
