Ram Hand To Hand disappointment

Hi. We have app**** and paid for a rain sim on 20 March 2020 and still did not receive it. I received an sms from Ram couriers on 24 March that my parcel is out for delivery ref no Rain04-***0. I tracked my parcel via their website and wasted over a hundred rands worth of airtime trying to follow-up on the delivery status and still did not receive my parcel. Even after I ran out of airtime while talking with one of their agents, I wasn't awarded the courtesy of receiving a call back. Their lack of communication is the total opposite to what they claim in their advertising!
