Ram hand to hand delivery service is useless

Very unprofessional service. There are a few parcels that I'm awaiting relating to a Fochini purchase p***. Each day I get a message that they will deliver today , they never come through and I get a message every morning that they came and no one was home . What a lie . They make it seem like I was not home when I am home all day, no one hooted or called. I hate that they make it seem like it was my fault and give me extra work to call and reschedule a delivery. Terrible service.
