Ram hand to hand delivers they are the worst in South Africa!!!
I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered at ram yesterday at belhar, I waited for the drivers call until 5 pm then the driver after 5 pm decided to lie and say the premises were close which is a lie! The driver didn’t call me once! Then at 18:33 another failed delivery!!! Which is a lie! They never called me again! When I do a follow up with the sender the driver admitted that he didn’t have time to deliver as it was late! But decided to lie and said it was closed when they were supposed to deliver! Ram hand to hand courier is the worst! Not to talk about their non existent service! I also have another parcel that has not been moving since the 6! Yet it’s suppose to be delivered today! Worst service from ram! They are the worst courier in South Africa! I wouldn’t recommend the at all!!!

Its frustrating 2 orders are on standstill, I was suppose to travel today I have cancelled! Because of this! When am I recieving my two parcels? That is what I want to know

It’s the worst of them all!!! You even try to contact them! They close the live chats without helping you! They don’t pick up their customer service calls! Even their head office they will never pick up! Ram is the worst courier is South Africa!!!
