The most horrible customer service experience I ever had received. 14 July 2020 I received an email with ewaybill to track my parcel and immediately I noticed that my cellphone number captured was incorrect and I emailed their help desk to please do and update so that the drive can get hold of me when they do the delivery. I have been tracking his parcel and their notes says they sent me sms and my address is incorrect. I've called them so many times and their agent have the most horrible attitude. So on 20JulyMonday I called the office arrange delivery and we agreed to have my parcel delivered to me Tuesday 21 July 2020. I waited the wholeday no Call and their notes on the ewaybill says they have sent me smses and emails in attempt of doing the delivery and I haven't received those. Whole day Tuesday I waited and waited. Now I am in a call with them I have been putted on hold for almost 30 minutes and the agent dropped the call on my ear. I am so disgusted and disappointed with Ram.
