RAM Hand to Hand Couriers Worst in SA

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN SA !!!!

I got a phone from Vodacom that would have been delivered to me by RAM hand to hand Couriers or shall we call them RAM Hand to Nowhere Couriers.

i was notified on the 23 rd of November that my package will be delivered to me on the 27 November 2019. Unfortunately I landed up in Hospital and asked them if they could deliver my package from the original address to the Hospital. They refused and said I need to make arrangements with Vodacom. After back and forward complaints I left the address the same and just moved the delivery to Friday 29 November 2019. After waiting the whole day no one pitched up and I phoned the call center at 16:00 to ask them what was going on. They told me that my package will be delivered from 16:30 - 17:00 that day. The package never came !! On Monday 02 December I phoned them again and they escalated the matter and said that the package will be sent out the same day. Again waited the whole day and no one pitched. Phoned customer service again on the 3 December and no one knows whats going on. Requested a supervisor or Manager to phone me and yet no one has. Package not delivered and no communication from RAM in any form.

The one star is only there because they do not allow for no stars , but if they did it would be -500 000 stars for your **** poor company !!!
