Ram Hand to Hand Couriers Worst Courier Conpany

I am very disappointed in Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. I ordered a wifi router at vodacom, i got the tracking number and i tracked the parcel and later it said it was out for delivery. I was at home te whole day and when i tracked the parcel it said unsuccessful delivery client not at home. They never even phoned me and i was at home the whole day so they ****. Is this the kind of service Ram Couriers gives to the people? Awful courier company.
