RAM hand to hand couriers worst company to deal with

RAM is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting since the 11 May 2021 to receive my package. The constantly send sms' to advise that the package is out on delivery but never arrives. I have now lost 2 days salary as I had to take off from work in order to receive the package as they cannot advise what time the package will be delivered the other issue is that no one else is allowed to sign on my behalf. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone to utilize.
