Ram Hand To Hand Couriers worse Service!
This is the worst *********** Courier Company i ever seen, they do not follow instruction to deliver the parcel(K***) after 1pm and its noted on their system but yet this forking idiots will deliver the parcel the next day before that time and the parcel got return to their warehouse dur to that no was at home. this is going for 3 consecutive days and its going to be the 4th day without receiving my parcel. Vodacom, please change your Courier company else you going to start loosing your valued customers! Today i have been told that my parcel will definitely be delivered today 10/05/2023 and thats a joke, its already COB! im super frustrated with your guys service
