RAM Hand to Hand couriers.. Very dissapointed with them

I have ordered a Rain sim card, the sim card was delivered to RAM for them to deliery it to my house. Since the 3rd of July RAM has being sending me email that says my [arcel is out on delivery. The delivery guy buzz me on the gate but they never get to my house. They buzzed me 3 times already. i have opened for them but unofrtunately no parcel was delivered to my house. I am very dissapointed and wondering what delivery guy do in our complex after i have opened for them.
