RAM Hand to Hand Couriers - Very Bad service
They had a package/ sim card from Rian Internet delivered to my son in Cape Town. I live in Secunda/ Mpumalanga. I send all the required signed documents to my son as well as delegation of authority that he my receive the package on my behalf. They were full of excuses and refused to deliver the package - apparently that is RIAN Wifi rules - rules that are not on the web site. Their driver and their staff all all ***********'s. I bought the item from RIAN Wifi and I paid for it and still they refused to deliver - apparently if I am not in person receiving the device they cannot deliver - some RICA requirement according to them and their client - still no proof of that requirement.

Please note that we are not allowed to deliver the parcel to a third party recipient, as per sender's instruction. The parcel needs to be delivered directly to the stated account holder.
