Our company has been waiting for a delivery since 20 May. Ram Couriers have attempted delivery 3 times AFTER HOURS:

Friday 24 May 3:54 PM (we close at 3pm on a Friday) Friday 24 May 7:33 PM (still closed!) Friday 31 May 6:03 PM (again, still closed!)

We have never received a courtesy call to confirm a suitable time for delivery.

Completely and utterly ***********.

Good day Ram valued Customer. As per our telephonic conversation the parcel U*** is on out for delivery, and we will do our best to get it before the business closes, u*** has been returned to Vodacom.

Aain, after being a direct conversation explaining that our offices close at 4pm, RAM Couriers attempted delivery at 4:23 pm and again at 6:54 pm recording "Business Closed."

RAM Couriers, again, our business closes at 4pm Monday-Thursday, 3pm Friday. You have now tried to deliver to a business 5 times after hours.

Please deliver to us during business hours!!!!!
