RAM hand to hand Couriers useless company ever and liers bad customer service

RAM hand to hand Couriers, there service is disgusting and they and lies, I have tracking for my package since it was dispatched on the 26 May 2020 and I had received an sms and an email. Again on the 29th May 2020 I got an sms saying that my package was on the way to be delivered to my residencial address, later that day when tracking online it was saying unable to deliver, later that night status changed to "unable to deliver unavailable at address and no contact number". These people are liers, I was at home the whole day and to top it all it was full house. What annoyed me was they say my area was high risk of which that's BS they whole KZN is high risk and their warehouse is located at the most high risk areas in KZN..... RAIN must stop using these people for services because they are useless would not recommend it for future use.
