Ram Hand to Hand Couriers - Useless company

Pathetic service. The delivery hours say 8-5. I got the sms and email on the morning of 28 April 2022. No delivery. The courier calls me at 18h30 to check if I was at home which I wasn't after spending an entire day waiting for them. And then they lie on the tracking site "Unsuccessful Delivery Unavailable Address query and contact not available tele". Go to the next day 29 April 2022. Waited an entire day AGAIN. And now on the tracking site is a message 18:20 Non delivery. No contact from anyone the entire day. All the while my fragile package is being carted up and down Durban and I have to wait yet another day to receive it. Absolutely useless company.
