Ram Hand to Hand Couriers - Useless

This is the 2nd time that RAM needs to deliver packages to me. It is not my choice to use them as they are used by the company I am buying from. The package took 7 days to be delivered as they can’t find my location or it is sent to the wrong location or the package was put on the incorrect courier vehicle. This time the same thing has happened. I spoke to the person who has the package and he was literally 5 min drive away from my location and never pitched up like he said he would to deliver my package. When you phone RAM they either do not answer or the number does not exist. The have a no care attitude and their service is pathetic. Please refrain from using RAM hand to hand deliveries. I have not had one issue with the courier guy. They always deliver on time.
