Ram hand to hand couriers unreliable

I placed an order with bash and I inserted the correct details,how you guys have a different number is alarming. I was expecting my package today but because the number is incorrect they never delivered my package which is unacceptable.If there is an address then deliver it to the address and don't phone me, what if I am in a meeting. I am so frustrated that I want to cancel my order completely because of the courier company
