RAM hand to hand couriers the worst customer service ever

My package was supposed to.be delivered today. I cancelled plans in order to make sure that I'm home. Delivery driver called once telling me he cant find the address on gps which is a total lie as takealot and mr d deliver all the time. I then tried to direct him he hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. I called him back to give him directions and again he hung up then the third time I call he tells me he will be at the address shortly. One of the RAM consultants calls me to tell.me that the driver tried on numerous occasions to contact me and I'm not answering my phone. This is a total lie. They are so unprofessional and rude and dont take their job seriously at all. I dont know what this business is not shut down because they are useless. They are unprofessional, they are ride and their drivers need to be educated on how to.use gps
