Ram Hand to Hand Couriers tardy collection

<p>Tom Tom has arranged to replace my faulty device. They arranged pick up by Ram on Friday 4 November 2016. I email Ram that same day to establish when the device would be collected, I recieved a response from Ram to confirm my contact details which I confirmed on 4 Novemver 2016. After no further contact I emailed Ram on Monday 7 November 2016 querying when I could expect collection. I recieved no response to this email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Ram and spoke to Sizakele Zamisa on Wednesday 9 November 2016 and was promised that the parcel would be collected that same day. It is now 14:00 on Friday 11 November 2016, I was just informed that late pick up is due to the heavy rain. I am in Cape Town and there is not a cloud in the sky was my response after which I was informed that I should contact the Cape Town Branch. I attemped to call the Cape Town with no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please HELP!</p>
