Ram hand to hand couriers sucks

This company is the worse, the drivers are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered a Khokha machine and it's a hustle for me to get it because of the rudeness of the workers ... I can't produce my ID because it's lost and must go do a new one but can produce my drivers license as proof of identity but that is not allowed . The company sucks for real.
