RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS - STAY WELL CLEAR
Can I not give them a big fat zero?!
***** from the call centre to the delivery drivers. Such a long story but have been bs'ed from 7am this morning until 6pm. And still no delivery... Last comment from a consultant, "agh we'll try and deliver tomorrow". Huh try???? You didn't even try for today. You made a promise to the company who utilised your service and couldn't even keep it. So I guess to Ram money is more valuable than client service.
Please please do not ever consider using this company. There are so many more reliable companies out there. Steer well clear of Ram Hand to Hand.
