RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS SHOCKING SERVCIE
Upgraded my cell phone contract through MTN no issue with MTN. RAM Couriers however never send me a pin or time of delivery. This morning at 08:51 receive a call, I phoned back at 08:53 they are at our address to deliver. No notification received of the delivery. I asked the person who called to wait 5 minutes as I am at the office around the corner. At before 9 received another call they are leaving, at which point I was 30 seconds away. I did get my parcel however the service and received from RAM shocking, The procedure they send a pin and time of delivery never received. The two gentleman in the van attitude also stank. How do they reckon without notification you must be at the delivery address. RAM Service is shocking.

Please note we did send communication regarding the order via sms when we received the order yesterday from your service provider, this parcel was only due for delivery next week however knowing it is a long weekend we arranged delivery today so that you can have your order as early as possible without having to wait for too long, the service and delivery turnaround was honestly amazing and as much as we cannot answer for the delay in network and sms details sent through we did provide quality service.
