Ram Hand To Hand Couriers Service Sucks

I ordered a sim card from RAIN. RAIN contacts me and says RAM says they can not deliver to my address in umlazi because it is a high risk zone. So I ask RAIN, why hasnt RAM contacted me about this, the lady tells me on the phone that they say they cannot reach me on the phone, which is funny since she can reach me and they cannot. She tells me they will contact me for delivery at a new point. Okay, I wait. Yesterday, i get a message on my cellphone saying that my parcel is out to be delivered at my home address, okay, luckily I am home the whole day but nobody shows up. The day after, i track my parcel on the company website and the record shows they tried to deliver but there was nobody home. What a bunch of liers. I will advise RAIN not to subject their new customers to this pathetic service. It does not make a good first impression about RAIN because you are judged by the company you keep.
