RAM HAND-TO-HAND COURIERS SEEM TO TREND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Absolutely worst courier service! Vodacom why are you still using them as Couriers with so many complaints? We are sitting on the phone waiting for an operator on the RAM phone line trying to find out where our delivery is!!

Was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but their incompetence couldn't find our address which is clearly right according to an sms my husband received! We were told on Friday it would be delivered and NOTHING!! Tracking update says it's been put in the vault. Nothing about an attempted delivery. Ram... you should be ashamed and embarrassed that so many people find your services appalling. Don't even deserve 1 star, but there's no option for no stars!
