RAM Hand To Hand couriers poor service delivery.

I'm experiencing the worse service from RAM Hand to hand couriers. They have failed to deliver my parcel since 21 April till now. They always send notifications that the parcel is out for delivery but it never arrives. When n I call to make follow up I'm being told that I was not home and I didn't pick up thier calls even though that is not true. I'm being told they can't locate my address although they have delivered to me several times before. I even offered to come collect it myself at their Pretoria hub I'm being told it's impossible. I'm being told my case is escalated but nothing is being done. On Friday 24/04/2026 thier driver called me he won't be able to deliver due to time and told me he will deliver the following day on Saturday still nothing happened and I called him on Tuesday he said he is not delivering to my side and said someone else will bring my parcel.SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME I NEED MY PARCEL .
