Ram Hand To Hand Couriers poor service

The guys came to deliver my Rain Simcard ( RAIN04-***4), I had my original ID and proof of residence. They could not give me my parcel/Sim as the driver Sello said, I also had to have an ID copy for them to take with and not just an original ID. I was never told about this and had to leave my work early just to be told that just an Original ID and proof of residence is not enough for RICA. strongly suspcect ***** and RAM should call thier employees to order as their are bringing the companies reputation down.
