RAM Hand to Hand Couriers - Pathetic Service

Parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 6 April 2023, it never arrived. On phoning the service the excuse was the delivery address on the Waybill was incorrect, I do not believe that excuse....Firstly I had to verify my details including my address, name and phone number, before they would assist me, so that excuse is BS,.....

My take on the matter is the driver decided to take an early day off for the long week end, and to hell with the client...I had to wait the whole day to receive a parcel that would not arrive....I must now wait an extra 4 days for the parcel to be delivered, and still be available the entire day......Unacceptable!
