RAM hand to hand couriers PATHETIC service

<p>Firstly they send out a parcel the morning then arrive at 6 in the evening driving around the street not phoning me to tell me they are here we saw them waved them down they drove straight past us twice so i tried to call an office which was obviously closed at 6 in the evening and no after hours number. Then eventually when they were open again i spoke to the guy at a call centre and his reply made me laugh he told me they probably didnt stop cause they thought i was a hijacker hahahahahah this is pathetic so now i have to wait for my parcel because they are ***********!! And the people working for them what pathetic service. Will not recommend or ever use them again in my life. Im still waiting for them to call which they probably wont to waste time. PATHETIC</p>
