RAM Hand to Hand Couriers - Late / No Delivery
Hi<br> <br> I have been waiting for an order to be delivered to me since purchasing it on Monday, 05 Oct 2015 but I have not received my parcel. According to my waybill no (RW***3) my parcel has been in Port Elizabeth since 08 Oct 2015, 11:02 A.M . Today, 09 Oct 2015 at 15:00 I had contacted the P.E branch and they had notified me that my order will be sent and I would receive it later today. The day is over and I have not received my parcel. <br> What makes things strange is that my brother who also had been waiting for a parcel from the same suppliers received his order yesterday, 08 Oct at 17:00. Both the parcels where purchased from the same supplier on the very same day and both had to be delivered to the same address. How is it that one arrives whilst the other does not? It is quite astonishing!!! I have previously had a good experience with RAM hand to hand couriers but this is something that just amazes me...

Investigation was done and the staff in question have been disciplined as it should not have taken longer than 24 to 48 hours to be delivered.
My sincere apologies and I can assure you that we strive on service excellence and this will not occur again. As you mentioned you had good experiences with Ram in the past and will continue to do so.
