Ram Hand To Hand Couriers Is The Problem With South Africa

I placed an order with Vuse online on Friday, 28 January 2022. Their specified delivery time was 1-3 business days. Let's give RAM the benefit of the doubt and say Friday was not a full business day. They collected my order from Vuse at 15:49 on Monday, 31 January 2022 (not my problem it was picked up so late, so I will count Monday as business day one). At 19:24 on the Monday my order was on its way from CPT to Durban by air. At 10:42 on Tuesday, 1 February, my order was "Out of container in Durban" (Last action for the day) - business day two. Apparently, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened on Wednesday, 2 February - business day three, and their deadline. At 08:48 on Thursday, 3 February, my order was "Out for delivery in Durban". As I write this at 17:51 on Thursday, 3 February (business day four), I still do not have my order, and I will not be available my listed delivery address on the fifth business day (I need to collect in person with my ID as this is a nicotine product). This is my first ever Hello Peter review, and the reason for this is because I have been trying to quit smoking and have been using and eCigarette as a substitute. Now I'm faced with either getting in my car and driving 10km (product not readily available everywhere), and spending and additional R125 on a eLiquid, or going to the shops and buying a packet of cigarettes. I am one person, but I will never buy again from an online retailer that uses RAM as their delivery partner. I'm sure the 3K one stars will agree.
