Ram Hand To Hand Couriers is pathetic.

I received a message yesterday morning that my package was out for delivery, 18:30 I received a call from the driver asking me where I was. Later last night I was looking at the tracker on their site which said “ 09:16 UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Upington - Unavailable Home - Contact Not Available”. This morning I received a message that my package was out for delivery. It’s now 20:16 and I’m looking at the tracker on their site and it shows “ UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Upington - Unavailable Home - Did not keep appointment” This is insane! I never received a call for delivery nor were they at my house. Please whatever you do, do not use RAM Couriers! I still do not have my package which I took leave from work to receive.
