RAM Hand To Hand Couriers is not reliable

I had registered a claim with Miway insurance. They then approved my claim and made a mistake of sending my package with RAM Hand To Hand Couriers.

RAM didn't send any form of communication regarding my parcel up until I called them. They then asked me a delivery address as usual and I gave them my work address because their delivery time was during my working hours. Since that day their delivery confirmation SMS is always different from the communication I get from the consultant on call. That has been causing confusion with the delivery. It's been a week of waiting now and I still haven't received my parcel. They always call to reschedule instead of delivering. I'm starting to suspect ***** and I'm panicking. I have proof of emails I've been sending and I'm will to post them as evidence. I've been requesting details of the consultant responsible for my delivery but they would never respond to my email.
