RAM Hand To Hand Couriers is disorganised and its drivers are rude!!!

Companies should just stop using RAM as their courier company because RAM is just completely disorganised, *********** and their drivers are extremely rude! On 03 September I waited for my RAIN contract until 4pm to no avail. I went to the shops and then, from the blues, RAM driver calls to inform me that he's at my gate. I asked him to wait for me but he refused. The same driver then updated the tracking timeline that the client's phone is off therefore delivery could not be made. LIES!!! The following day I waited again the whole day for the delivery and then the RAM driver called me that he's approaching my complex. When the RAM driver got to the gate he called me to inform me that the gate intercom was not working and, therefore, I should come collect the order at the gate. I asked the RAM driver to give me 5 minutes to get to the gate. The RAM driver refused and then drove off with my order and he furthermore cancelled my order. The audacity??? I called RAM customer service and they made special arrangements for my order to be delivered today, 05 September 2019 between 16h00 and 17h00. However, as I was rushing back home, around 15h00, to receive my order, RAM called me to inform me that my order is still at the warehouse and, therefore, it will not be delivered today. As it stands now, I don't know when my order will be delivered! This is sheer incompetence!!!
