RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS IS A HORRIBLE COURIER BUSINESS.
I am from Eastern Cape in Mdantsane and my delivery from Bash was scheduled for today 20 June 2025 before 5pm and I still have not received it, what is worse is that the package is expensive and very fragile and there is not updated about where my package is. The customer service is trash, the tracking link is absolutely trash you would swear the website is ****. I have heard about RAM poor services from management to courier drivers, I have no idea why companies still use RAM. I am writing this the time is 18H52 and I received my notification for a delivery at 08H00 am and I still haven't heard a peep from a courier driver. DO NOT USE RAM Hand to Hand Couriers!
