Ram hand to hand couriers ***********

Hello Peter. I'm writing about the awful service I received from Ram hand to hand courier. So on Friday 18 December 2020, I received a call from someone who works at Ram's call center. He called at 2:30 pm, he tells me that his colleagues will at my place in the next 10 minutes, I told him I'm not home, he asked when will I be home, I said after an hour, he then said they will be there in an hours time. I got home and waited for them, they did not come, at 6:56pm I get a call from the same number again, but this time it rang once and hung up. This company expects me to be available for them when they give me a 10 minutes notice. I wonder when they buzz me later on, is it so it can show on their records that they called again. I had to leave everything I was doing and go home so I ca can be there by 3:30 pm and then they never showed up, nor call to notify me that they are no longer coming. Their service sucks, their staff is ***********. I advise others never to do business with Ram hand to hand couriers
