RAM Hand to hand couriers fails to deliver

<p>I called Ram's client service centre which confirmed that my order from Yuppiechef will be delivered today (10 Oct 2016) before 5pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>After 5pm there was still no delivery and when I checked the order tracking tool, the description indicated that the delivery was unsuccessful because tbe recipient was not available.</p> <p>This is inaccurate as I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery.</p> <p>So not only did the driver lie about why the delivery was unsuccessful, but he also didn't call to notify me that the parcel won't be de.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really disappointed in the bad service after I confirmed that the delivery will take place today. </p>
