RAM hand to hand couriers Durban - Terrible service

Ram couriers promised next day delivery and today is the next day and now the parcel was not dispatched and conveniently for them they said sorry it will only be done on monday as there is no drivers available fron Durban to Ramsgate for delivery. How can a courier not have a driver available is my question.
