Ram Hand to hand couriers

I have been waiting for my parcel for over two weeks now this is the 3rd week they failing to deliver. When I call to track my parcel they will say the driver is busy with big stores for the whole 1st week they be saying that last week they even said the driver had an accident that's why he didn't arrive the following days they would say it's the priority delivery it will be delivered asap but still never delivered. So this morning I called they said it was not delivered because of the weather conditions idk why that has anything to do with delivering my parcel and in never rained in those past 2 weeks. It happened that they have ran out of lies they Said the driver couldn't find my address even after they have confirmed the address with me many times. Their customer servise is so bad that they will make you hold on the line until you run out of airtime and they won't get back to you.
