Ram hand to hand couriers bad service

I ordered a new cellphone from vodacom on the 3rd of December and I phoned ram to change my delivery address and they said they changed it for me and it will be delivered, I waited until the monday and still nothing so I decided to phone them and then they told me I had to phone vodacom and changed it by them first ,which they didn't tell me the first time I phoned so I had to wait again and they said It will be delivered on Thursday the 17th and i waited yet again and on that day still nothing and the night i got home after work i checked on the tracking system and it said they tried to deliver but our business was closed and they came before 7 o'clock which I told them my working hours are 9-6 and when I phoned again on the 18th the friday they said they ran out of time to deliver but two of their Van's drove past where I work. So i have been waiting two weeks for my cellphone and i don't know if they will deliver on Monday the 21st because they keep saying i have to phone to make a new delivery date like i was the one who wasn't at work. I have ran out of ways to make them deliver. There is so much miscommunications between the staff at Ram couriers because if they had the right communication maybe I would have had my phone by now. All I want is to have my phone delivered because doing it online is supposed to be better and faster and yet it's been two weeks.
