Ram hand to hand couriers bad service
I purchased a microwave from Clicks and ram couriers were supposed to deliver it on Saturday, the delivery guy phoned me and stated that he could not find my house and he had other important deliveries to do and that they will contact me so that I can provide a new central address on Monday (8/05/22) however they did not I've tried contacting all they branches durban cape Town and Johannesburg I've even emailed them and still can't get through to them I even phoned the delivery guy and he cut the call on me

10 May 2022, 15:45Yes that's the address it initially supposed to arrive at however the delivery guy stated that he cannot find it and I will be contacted to provide a new address therefore I requested a change of address to 13 virgo close glenhills kwadukuza which is more accessible, I've been trying to contact the customer service agents since yesterday and cannot get through, I've even emailed and have not got a response

11 May 2022, 11:20I am absolutely appalled by the service from ram couriers I've been trying to get a hold of the Durban or any branch for that matter as I've tried all the numbers yet I cannot get through my parcel says dispatched for delivery and I've been phoning them to change the contact number yet cannot get through I'm absolutely disappointed
