I tried calling ram hand to hand couriers "customer care line" 3 times today on the number displayed on their panel vans ***to report a case as well as to lay a complaint after two of their delivery vans, registration numbers, FW71LFGP and KD03FTGP skipped the stop sign completely on their way from Rustenburg turning off at the Brits off-ramp on the bridge at about 08h43 this morning, 11th December 2021 and they just went full speed straight in front me almost causing a very serious collision. The van in front of me even showed me zapp sign's out of his drivers window and both vehicles just continued chasing away skipping all upcoming stop signs traveling further towards Brits. After about 10minutes holding on before an operator answered she refused to put me through to a supervisor or even to take down my details so that a senior person in the company could call me back. After extensive explaining what happened she decided to rather put the phone down in my ear. I called another two times and exactly the same occurred. This company clearly don't care anything about anyone so why do people keep on using them? I begg the public sector as well as businesses to STOP making use of ram hand to hand couriers. This could've happened to anyone of you reading this article so if you're life was endangered the way ours was this morning, I had my son in the car also with me, would you then consider my side of view on the matter?
