Ram hand to hand couriers are joke
I have never had to deal with such disrespect and no follow up. I asked to speak to a manger and no phone call yet 24 hours later. They would not accept my directions on how to get to my residence, and this has been entered on the special instructions, driver was rude. And they would take NO accountability for any of the missteps and lack of communication even though I had asked them to call before delivering.

29 Oct 2024, 12:10K*** the same thing is now missing or undeliverable, I requested to speak to a manager and was greeted with they are busy, I said I would wait and the gentleman on the other side no I would have to wait. This is the 3rd parcel where instructions were not followed!!! Just met with rude replies... I am advising Vodacom not to use you, Fastway Couriers follow up on instructions I have given and found me quite easily. What are you going to do about delivering my parcel today!!! I have access to the driver as well with other courier services, as I know we can be difficult to find
